History

The history of cultural structure is obscure. Prehistory including early prehistory, middle prehistory, and late prehistory can be considered. Limited information is available from antiquity including the 5th millennium BC, the 4th millennium BC, the 4th millennium BC, the 3rd millennium BC, the 2nd millennium BC, and the early 1st millennium BC. There is better information available from classical and medieval history, although I do not yet have details of early classical, late classical, early medieval, or late medieval times.
