Particular nations including Brazil, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Russia give examples. Western Civilization including the United States, Asiatic peoples including those of Indonesia, can be considered. South Asian peoples including those of India can be considered. Oriental peoples including those of China can be considered, and American Indian peoples found in the United States can be considered. The history of agrarian societies begins possibly as early as prehistoric times. These were definitely present in antiquity and in classical and medieval times, including early classial, late classical, early medieval and late medieval times. In modern times they continued to develop. In the 16th century, early modern societies flourished in Europe, and began to have a worldwide influence. These types of societies continued to expand in the 17th century, but in the 18th century began to transform into industrial societies. By the 19th century, other agrarian societies were changed by industrialization. Developments of the early 19th century, early mid 19th century, mid 19th century, late mid 19th century, and late 19th century can be considered. These changes continued to spread throughout the 20th century, and most agrarian societies that remain are transitional and partly industrialized. Details of the early 20th century, early-mid 20th century, mid 20th century, late-mid 20th century, late 20th century, and early 21st century can be considered. The early 21st century including the early 2000s can be considered. The late 2000s including 2006, 2007, and 2008 can posibly be connected. The future of this kind of society including the near future, middle future, and far future is obscure. |
