Austria is a nation in Europe. History Little is known of it during prehistory including early prehistory, middle prehistory, and late prehistory. I know little of it during antiquity including the 5th millennium BC, the 4th millennium BC, the 3rd millennium BC, the 2nd millennium BC, or the early 1st millennium BC. Its recorded history begins during classical and medieval times, and it can be followed from early classical, late clasical, and early medieval times. Late medieval times including the 11th century, 12th century, 13th century, 14th century, and 15th century can be considered. Modern history The 16th century including the early 16th century, early mid 16th century, mid 16th century, late mid 16th century, and late 16th century can be followed.
