Washington

Washington is one of the largest cities of the United States and is one of the 40 largest in the world.

Its history is entirely modern. The first settlements were founded in the 18th century. The early 18th century beginning about 1706 can be connected, the early mid 18th century, mid 18th century, and late mid 18th century. It is considered to have been founded in the late 18th century, (January 1791) when George Washington selected it as the site for the future capital city of the United States. In the 19th century it beame yet more significant. I do not yet hve details of the early 19th century, early mid 19th century, mid 19th century, late-mid 19th century, or late 19th century.
