Osaka is the second largest city, or urban agglomeration, of Japan and is one of the 10 largest in the world. HistoryI have not yet explored details of its prehistory. It is known to have been inhabited since antiquity. The earliest known discoveries suggest that it was founded sometime in the early first millennium BC.
