Prehistory

I do not yet have details of prehistory in nations such as Nigeria. Early prehistory including Nigeria is obscure. I do not yet have details of the Pliocene, early Pleistocene, early mid Pleistocene, late mid Pleistocene, or late Pleistocene. Middle prehistory including Nigera is obscure. I do not yet have details of the period beginning 50,000 years ago, the period beginning 40,000 years ago, the period beginning 30,000 years ago, or the period beginning 20,000 years ago. Late prehistory including Nigeria is obscure. I do not yet have details of the early 8th millennium BC, the late 8th millennium BC, the early 7th millennium BC, the late 7th millennium BC, the early 6th millennium BC, or the late 6th millennium BC.

Antiquity

Nigeria can be considered.

The fifth millennium BC including peoples of Nigeria can be connected. I do not yet have details of the early 4th millennium BC, the early mid 4th millennium BC, the mid 4th millennium BC, the late mid 4th millennium BC, or the late 4th millennium BC. The third millennium BC including peoples of Nigeria can be connected. Classical and medieval history

I have no information on early classical times, such as events in Nigeria during the 5th century BC, the 4th century BC, the 3rd Century BC, the 2nd century BC, or the 1st century BC. In late classical times, I have no information on Nigeria, and no details of the 1st century CE, the 2nd century CE, the 3rd century CE, the 4th century CE, or the 5th century CE. In early medieval times, I have no information on Southern Coastal West African peoples including those of Nigeria, and no specific details yet of the 6th century CE, 7th century CE, 8th century CE, 9th century CE, or 10th century CE. I also have little information on late medieval times. In Southern Coastal West African peoples including Nigeria, Islamic conquerors may have moved in. I lack detail on the 11th century, 12th century, 13th century, 14th century and 15th century.

Modern history

I have few details gathered yet for Southern Coastal West Africa, Western Coastal West Africa, and Interior West Africa.

The 16th century is poorly known. I have no details on Southern Coatal West Africa, Western Coastal West Africa, or Interior West Africa. and no detail on the early 16th century, early mid 16th century, mid 16th century, late-mid 16th century, or late 16th century. For the 17th century, I have no details on Nigeria or of the early 17th century, early mid 17th century, mid 17th century, late-mid 17th century, or late 17th century.

For the 18th century, Nigeria and other West African countries little known. I do not yet have details of the early 18th century, early mid 18th century, or mid 18th century. The late mid 18th century including the early 1760s, late 1760s, early 1770s, and late 1770s can be connected. The late 18th century including the early 1780s, late 1780s, early 1790s, and late 1790s can be connected.

In the 19th century it was an important site of colonial activity, I have few details of Nigeria. The early 19th century including the early 1800s, late 1800s, early 1900s, and late 1900s can be considered. The early mid 19th century including the early 1820s, late 1820s, early 1830s, and late 1830s can be considered. In the mid 19th century, british traders and missionaries were entering the country. I do not yet have details of the early 1840s, late 1840s, early 1850s, or late 1850s. In the late-mid 19th century, the British were setting up colonial structures for the benefits of traders and missionaries. I do not yet have details for the early 1860s, late 1860s, early 1870s, or late 1870s. In the late 19th century, the British established colonial boundaries for Nigeria. I do not yet have details for the early 1880s, late 1880s, early 1870s, or late 1870s.

20th century

West Africa has become more significant in world affairs. Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d'Ivorie, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, and Niger all gained their independence. Fairly little has been examined for the early 20th century, except that the British ruled Nigeria as a colony. I do not yet have details of the early 1900s, late 1900s, early 1910s, or late 1910s. In the early mid 20th century, the British ruled Nigeria as a colony. I do not yet have details of the early 1820s, late 1920s, early 1930s, or late 1930s. In the mid 20th century, this includes Nigeria. Connections to the early 1940s, late 1940s, early 1950s, and late 1950s may be helpful.

In the late-mid 20th century this includes Nigeria. Connections to the early 1960s, late 1960s can be considered. The early 1970s including Nigerian during 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, and 1975 can be connected. In the late 1970s Nigeria can be connected. I do not yet have details of 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, or 1980.

In the late 20th century this includes Nigeria. Connections to the early 1980s including 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, and 1985 will be useful. Connections to the late 1980s including 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, and 1990 can be made. The early 1990s including 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, and 1995 will be useful. Early 21st century

This includes Nigeria, Ghana, Côte D'Ivorie, Cameroon, and Burkina Faso.
