In traditional treatments, this is simply called dynamics. Bodies that have both rotational and translational motion, or which have rotating and nonrotating parts, can be analyzed using these techniques. |

The history of dynamic systems can be followed. Prehistory, antiquity, and classical and medieval history are less useful than modern history, and the future is somewhat obscure. Sociology including social strucure and change, communities, and peoples of the world will also be connected.Institutions including families, education, economics, government, and religion may also be connected. Culture including material culture, conceptual culture, and behavioral culture will also be useful. Anthropology including the social foundations, demography, physical anthropology, juman ecology, human geography, and particular groups is slightly useful. Personal studies including the human body and psychology mostly provide examples, but biography may be useful. |

Biology presents applications but is otherwise not required. Earth science including geology, hydrospheric science, atmospheric science, physical geography, and geohistory also suggests applications. Astronomy including Solar system astronomy, stellar astronomy, cosmology, galactic astronomy, and cosmology also suggests applications. Chemistry including substances, changes and reactions, and systems suggests applications. This will be connected to other areas of physics. The structure of matter, quantium physics, relativity, electromagnetism, and thermodynamics are mostly applied areas. Other areas of mechanics are closely related. Gravitation and nonrigid mechanics are more applied areas. Other areas of rigid body mechanics including rigid body descrption and motion, rotational dynamics, and dynamic systems are more closely connected. This depends on concepts of particle mechanics including particle systems, energetics, kinetics, kinematics, and particle description |
