Connections of physics and chemistry to Oceanic geography is mostly indirect but present. Astronomy has a little application.

Areas of earth science including geology, hydrospheric science, atmospheric science, Oceanic geography, and earth history are particularly applicable to terrestrial geography, as is biology.

Areas of personal studies including biographies such as that of Columbus, anthropology, culture including conceptual culture and literature, social institutions including religion may apply to this area.

Sociology including communities and peoples such as Asiatic civilization may also apply.

Its history, including developments in modern history and the 19th century including the late-mid 19th and the late 19th century and the 20th century will eventually be useful.
