Body functions

This is often called physiology. This has to do with the interaction of the human body with the environment, as in strength, nutrition and health, sexuality, and organic psychology.

Mobility and strength

This has to do with human strength and mobility as determined by the skeletal and musculuar structure.

Vital functions

This has to do with circulatioon and heart function, breathing, nutrition and digestion, and excretory functions.

Reproductive functions

Because this is tied so closely to psychological, social, and moral issues, more caution is involved in discussion of this topic than most others.

Control functions

This has to do with functions of the endocrine system and the nervous system. Temperature control and immunity to disease are a few of the many related topics

This is connected to the sciences, not so much physics, chemistry, astronomy, earth science, as to biology.

Other personal studies including other areas of the human body, psychology, and biography will be useful in examining these. Anthropology including social foundations, demography, physical anthropology, human ecology, human geography, and particular groups may be applicable. Other areas of knowledge such as culture, institutions, and sociology, will be connected as this site develops.
