William Shakespeare

William Shakespeare is chiefly known for plays. He was was born in 1564 CE and died in 1616 CE. More details about his life and work will be included as the site develops further.

   

Shakespeare was born in the 16th century, specifically in the late mid 16th century, and did most of his work in the late 16th century. He lifed into the 17th century and died in the early 17th century.
