William T. G. Morton

William T. G. Morton, an American dentist, is known chiefly for his successful popularization of the use of anaethesia in medicine. He was born in 1813 CE and died in 1868 CE. More details about his life and work will be included as the site develops further.

   

He was born in the early 19th century, specifically in the early 1810s and was a child in the late 1810s. He was education in the early mid 19th century including the early 1820s, late 1820s, early 1830s, and late 1830s. In the mid 19th century, he developd the use of anaethesia in dentistry. I do not yet have details of the early 1840s, late 1840s, early 1850s, or late 1850s. He liveed in the late-mid 19th century including the early 1860s, and died in the late 1860s.
