HistoryAlthough the history of Protestantism had roots in classical and medieval times, on this site it is considered entirely modern. It began in the 16th century with the Reformation, and provoked warfare with the Catholic church. In the 17th century, the Protestant movement was divided. In the 18th century, it continued go spread and splinter, and did so throughout the 19th century. I do not yet have details of the early 19th century, early mid 19th century, mid 19th century, late mid 19th century, and late 19th century. It has continued to divide in the 20th century, Events of the early 20th century, early-mid 20th century, mid 20th century, late-mid 20th century, and late 20th century are significant. The early 21st century including the early 2000s and late 2000s is significant. The early 2010s can be connected. 2011 can be connected. The first quarter 2011 can be connected.
