The history of these religions or traditions is obscure. I know nothing of their prehistory. These seem to begin in antiquity. I have no details for the 5th millennium BC, the 4th millennium BC, the 3rd millennium BC, the 2nd millennium BC: Several of these traditions are dated to the early first millennium BC. They developed more during classical and medieval times. They remain influential in modern times. Details of the 16th century, 17th century, 18th century, and 19th century have not yet been examined. The 20th century history including the early 20th century, early-mid 20th century, mid 20th century, late-mid 20th century, late 20th century, and early 21st century can be examined. Their future is obscure.
