It was formed in the mid 20th century (Founding date is officially 24 October 1945) and continued through the late-mid 20th century and late 20th century, and is present in the early 21st century. The early 200s, and late 2000s can be connected. The early 2010s including 2011 and the first quarter 2011 can be connected.
