These depend to some extent on sociology, including social structure and change and communities. They include various peoples of the world. Their focus is principally on nations such as the United States, China, India, and Indonesia. Particular peoples of Western civilization, Asiatic peoples, African peoples, or American Indian peoples. The history of modern compacts is almost entirely modern. I have no record of them in the 16th, 17th, or 18th centuries, but some of their precursors may have appeared in the 19th century. They are most prominent in the 20th century, and appear in the early 20th century, early-mid 20th century, mid 20th century, late-mid 20th century, and late 20th century. In the early 21st century including the early 2000s these are especially significant. More details are availabe in the late 2000s including 2006 and 2007. They can be expected to continue into the future. |
