This includes events of the fourth quarter of 2007.

   

October

Events for this month are only beginning to be analyzed. Events related to government are at present most distinguished. Various events Asiatic peoples can be mentioned. In South Asia, Pervez Musharaff was unofficially re-elected President. Central Asian peoples don't have many events mentioned. Among Oriental peoples, North Korea agreed to shut down its nuclear program by the end of the year, and talks on a permanent peace agreement to formally end the Korean war began. Among Southeast Asian peoples, anti-government protests in Myanmar continued. In Western Civilization, Anglic peoples had numerous events that are incompletely analyzed. Events among Latin peoples are also incompletely analyzed. Events among African peoples are also incompletely analyzed.

November

Events for this month are only beginning to be analyzed. Events of Asiatic peoples are mentioned. In South Asia, I have few noted events for India, but a state of emergency in Pakistan was declared. Central Asian peoples have few events associated with them. Oriental peoples do not yet seem to have major events associated with them. Among Southeast Asian peoples, I do not yet have detailed events. Western civilization including Anglic peoples, Latin peoples, and Northeast European peoples have various events, but have not yet been fully analyzed. I have no events yet recorded for Africa.

December

Analysis takes off from November.


Connections to science including physics, chemistry, astronomy, earth science, and biology will be considered as the site develops but are somewhat indirect.

Connections to personal studies including the human body, psychology, and biography are also important.

Anthropology including social foundations, demography, physical anthropology, human ecology, human geography, and particular groups can also be connected.

Culture including material culture can also be examined. Conceptual culture including language, graphic arts, literature, mthematics, applied science, and philosophy can be applied. Behavioral culture including customs, occupations, recreation and entertainment, and cultural events can be considered.

Institutions

Families including marriage, parenting, kinship, and particular families are useful. Education including research, teaching, cultural institutions, educational organization, and particular schools will be useful. Economics including economic activity, industries, and economic systems will be useful. Government including law is useful. Law including tribal law, Asiatic law, Western Law, and International law can be identified. Government structure such as political parties, judicial systems, legislative systems, executive systems, heads of state, and forms of government is useful. Government activity such as administration, succession, and interstate relations is important. Particular governments such as local, and national governments are significant. International government does not use Imperial or colonial government much, but modern compacts are important. Religion including religious belief, practice, and religious organization can be examined. Particular religions such as pagan religion, Asiatic religion, Abrahamic religion and secularism are easiest to investigate.

Sociology

Social structure and change

Social structure including anthropological structure, cultural structure, institutional structure, class structure, and community and regional structure can be considered. Social types including hunting and gathering, horticultural, agrarian, and industrial types can be examined. Social change including factors and processes, can also be examined. Particular changes include late effects of the Agrarian revolution can be followed.. Late effects of the Industrial revolution including the early industrial revolution, middle industrial revolution, and computerization can be considered.

Connections to communities will also be developed. [such as Lagos, Shenzhen]

Peoples of the world can be examined using nations [such as Australia, Sri Lanka].

Western civilization [including nations such as Romania and cities such as London] is important.

Anglic peoples such as those of the United States and its city of New York City, the United Kingdom, and Canada are significant. Cities include Los Angeles.

Latin peoples such as those of Brazil with its city of Sao Paulo, Mexico with its principal city of Mexico City, France, Italy, Colombia, Spain, Argentina with its city of Buenos Aires, Peru, and Venzuela are important, and cities such as Rio de Janeiro are included.

Northeast European peoples including those of Russia Ukraine, and Poland are also important. Cities include Moscow.

Germanic peoples such as those of Germany itself are significant.

Asiatic peoples [including nations such as Yemen and cities such as Istanbul] can be examined.

This includes peoples of the Middle East such as Egypt with its city of Cairo, Turkey, Iran, Morocco, Algeria, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq and cities such as Tehran

Peoples of South Asia including some peoples of India with its principal cities of Bombay, Delhi, and Calcutta ; Pakistan with its city of Karachi, Bangladesh, and Nepal are also important. Cities such as Dacca are included.

Peoples of Central Asia, including some peoples of China, Russia and Uzbekistan are also significant.

The Orient, including most peoples of China with its city of Shanghai and Japan with its cities of Tokyo and Osaka; South Korea with its city of Seoul, North Korea, Taiwan, and other cities such as Beijing is also highly important.

Southeast Asia including Indonesia with its city of Jakarta, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, and Malaysia and cities such as Manila can also be examined.

African peoples including such nations as Nigeria, Ethiopia, Congo (DR), South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and Ghana will be useful.

American Indian peoples including peoples such as can be found in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Canada, Peru, and Venzuela have important events connected to them.

Other History

This is only weakly connected to other periods of history through classical and medieval times. It is also weakly connected to most of modern history through the 19th century. Most of the 20th century through the late 2000s is somewhat indirectly connected. The early 21st century through the early 2000s is weakly connected. Connection to the late 2000s begins in 2006. Within the current year 2007, this is weakly connected to the 1st quarter and 2nd quarter, but is immediately preceded by the 3rd quarter including July, August, and September.

It is most directly connected to the first quarter 2008 including January, February, and March. It is indirectly connected to the future including the near future, including next quarter and year. The middle future and far future are less directly connected.
