Hispanic Mexican American peoples include Mexico (which was engaged in economic and social reform). Hispanic Colombian American peoples such as those of Colombia can be connected. Hispanic Argentine American peoples including those of Argentina can be considered. Lusitanic peoples including Brazil can be considered. Germanic peoples include Germany which struggled in the depression, and then began rearming. Northeast European peoples included Russia (under Communist rule). Ukraine was incorporated into the USSR. Poland can be connected. Balkan and Scandinavian peoples have had important events associated with them.

Among Middle Eastern peoples, Saudi Arabia can be connected. These peoples further include Levantine, North African, and Arabian peoples. Turkey formed from the remnants of the Ottoman Empire. Egypt was under British rule. Mesopotamian peoples of Iraq can be connected. Among Persian peoples, in Iran, the Qajar dynasty was overthrown and Iran began to industrialize. India (which was agitating seriously for independence) with its city of Bombay, Pakistan (was part of India). Bangladesh (part of India), Nepal can be considered. Cities include Delhi.
Central Asian peoples including those of Uzbekistan were influential to differing degrees.
Oriental peoples can be connected to the early mid 20th century in general.
China (which was split between Nationalists and communists and was invaded by Japan). Japan (which invaded China). South Korea came into existence in opposition to a Communist takeover of Korean. Cities include Tokyo, Seoul.
Southeast Asian peoples provide some information about the early mid 20th century. Malaysia was under British rule.
In Mainland Southeast Asia, Vietnam was under French rule. in Thailand a coup led to the formation of a constitutional rather than absolute monarchy. Burma was under British rule. Among the Southeast Asian Archipelagoes, Indonesia remained under Dutch rule and the Philippines under American rule.
African peoples can be connected. Ghana can be connected. In Eastern Africa, I do not yet have details for Uganda. In Northern East Africa, in Ethiopia, the cousin of the empress succeeded to the throne with the name of Haile Selassie upon her death. For Interior East Africa, I do not yet have events for Sudan. For Central East Africa, I do not yet have events for Tanzania or Kenya. Events of Western Africa can be considered. Nigeria was under British colonial rule. Among Southern African peoples, I do not yet have details for South Africa. In Central Africa, Congo (DR), I do not yet have details.
American Indian peoples can be connected to the early mid 20th century in general. Venezuela can be considered. Cities include Mexico City.
Middle American Indian peoples provide a little information about the early mid 20th century. I have few details on Mexico. Southwest American Indian peoples found in the southwest United States ca be connected. South American Indians including those of Peru can be considered. Andean peoples including those of Colombia and Argentina can be connected. Amazonian peoples including those of Brazil and Argentina can be connected. Cono/Southern American Indian peoples including those of Argentina can be considered.
North American Indian peoples may provide a little information about the early mid 20th century. Mostly they were submerged and are considered along with the United States and Canada. Eastern North American Indian peoples, Western North American Indian peoples, and Northern North American Indian peoples can be connected.
