Particular nations and major grooups of Western Civilization, Asiatic peoples, African peoples, and American Indian peoples can be applied to the 18th century.

Peoples of the world can be applied in more specific detail to the early 18th century, early mid 18th century, mid 18th century, late mid 18th century, and late 18th century.

Nations

Particular nations are discussed under the peoples they belong to. [Nations to be connected include Congo (Republic), Lithuania, Albania, Uruguay, Mauritania, Liberia, Oman, Panama, Mongolia, Armenia, Jamaica, Kuwait, Latvia, Lesotho, Kosovo, Namibia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Botswana, Gambia Guinea-Bissau, Gabon, Estonia, Mauritius]

Western Civilization

Anglic peoples, Latin peoples, Germanic peoples, Northeast european peoples, Balkan peoples, and Scandinavian peoples began to become noticeably prominent in the early 18th century, early mid 18th century, mid 18th century, late mid 18th century, and late 18th century.

Asiatic peoples

Asiatic peoples provide information for the early 18th century, early mid 18th century, mid 18th century, late mid 18th century, and late 18th century. Lebanon can be considered in the 18th century. Xian can be considered in the 18th century.

Middle Eastern peoples

Middle Eastern peoples were beginning to experience stronger European influence, with nations such as Britain, France, and Russia becoming involved in their affairs. It includes nations such as Palestinian Territories. Cities include Riyadh. Turkey with its principal city of Istanbul was the center of the Ottoman Empire. Levantine peoples including Syria, Israel, and Jordan were under Ottoman rule. Egypt with its city of Cairo was under Ottoman Rule. Mesopotamian peoples including those of Iraq can be connected. Cities include Baghdad. Persian peoples including those of Iran and Afghanistan are not well known in this period. Cities include Tehran. I have no details for Arabian peoples including those of Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and the United Arab Emirates. North African peoples including those of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya can be connected.

South Asian peoples

South Asian peoples provide information about the early 18th century, early mid 18th century, mid 18th century, late mid 18th century, and late 18th century.

India

India provides information about the early 18th century, early mid 18th century, mid 18th century, late mid 18th century, and late 18th century. The British were expanding their holdings during this period. Bombay, Delhi, Calcutta, Madras, Bangalore, and Hyderabad can be considered.

Pakistan

Pakistan provides information about the early 18th century, early mid 18th century, mid 18th century, late mid 18th century, and late 18th century. It was invaded and occupied by Afghans. Cities of Karachi which was founded and Lahore can be connected.

Bangladesh (Where the British came to rule) with its city of Dacca were increasingly coming under European control. I have no information on Nepal or Sri Lanka. Cities include Ahmedabad.

Central Asian peoples

Central asian peoples were beginning to come under Russian and Chinese rule. I have little information on Georgia. I have little information on Western Asia including Azerbaijan. I have little information on Inner Asia including Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgystan, and Turkmenistan.

Oriental peoples

Oriental peoples provide information about the early 18th century, early mid 18th century, mid 18th century, late mid 18th century, and late 18th century. Cities include Shenyang.

China (where the Qing dynasty reached its height) included Dongguan and was indifferent to Europe. North Central China including Beijing and Tientsen can be considered. South Central China including Shanghai and Wuhan can be considered. Southern Coastal China including Canton and Shenzhen can be considered. I have little information on Taiwan or its city of Taipei which was founded, or Hong Kong. Southern Interior China including Chungking and Chengtu can be connected. Japan (which kept itself isolated from Western contact) included the cities of Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya. I have little information on South Korea with its city of Seoul or North Korea.

Southeast Asian peoples

Southeast Asian peoples so far provide limited information about the early 18th century, the early mid 18th century, mid 18th century, late mid 18th century, and late 18th century. Nations such as New Zealand can be connected. Cities include Rangoon.

Mainland Southeast Asia includes Vietnam (Mostly under Chinese rule), Thailand with its city of Bangkok, Burma, Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, and Singapore. Cities include Saigon. The Southeast Asian Archipelago including nations such as Indonesia (which was ruled by the Dutch East Asia company or VOC) and its city of Jakarta, the Philippines (which was ruled by the Spanish), and Papua New Guinea can be considered. Cities include Manila. Australia can be considered.

African peoples

African peoples provide some information about the early 18th century, early mid 18th century, mid 18th century, late mid 18th century, and late 19th century. The Central African Republic is not well known. Lagos is not well known.

East African peoples

East African peoples such as those of Eritrea are not well known. Northern Eastern Africa including Ethiopia and Somalia is not well known. Interior Eastern Africa including Sudan and Chad is not well known. Central Eastern Africa including Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi is not well known.

West African peoples

West African peoples are not well known. Togo is not well known. Southern Coastal West Africa including Nigeria, Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire, and Benin is not well known. Western Coastal West Africa including Senegal, Guinea, and Sierra Leone is not well known. Interior West Africa including Burkina Faso, Niger, and Mali is not well known.

Southern African peoples

Southen African peoples including South Africa, Mozambique, Madagascar, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Zambia are not yet well known.

Central African peoples

Central African peoples including those of Congo, Cameroon, and Angola are not well known.

American Indian peoples

American Indian peoples are so far mentioned in the mid 18th century, late mid 19th century, and late 18th century. Nations related to them include Puerto Rico.

Middle American peoples

Middle American Indian peoples including those of the late mid 18th century and late 18th century can be connected. Costa Rica is significant.

Mesoamerican peoples such as those of Mexico and Guatemala (which remained Spanish colonies) are significant. Caribbean peoples such as those of Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua can be connected. Southwestern American Indian peoples were being contacted by peoples of what is now Mexico.

South American Indian peoples

South American Indian peoples may give significant information about the late mid 18th century and late 18th century. Those in Paraguay (under Spanish rule) are significant.

Andean peoples such as those of Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, Chile, Ecuador, and Bolivia can be considered. Amazonian peoples such as those of Brazil (which remained a Portuguese colony), Argentina, and Bolivia can be considered. Cono/Southern American Indian peoples such as those of Argentina and Chile can be connected.

North American Indian Peoples

North American Indian peoples so far provide limited information about the mid 18th century, late mid 18th century, and late 18th century.

These include those of the United States (which began to deal with the Indians independently). Canada is also connected. Eastern North American Indian peoples, Western North American Indian peoples, and Northern North American Indian peoples can be connected.
