Peoples of the world are vital. African peoples can be considered. They are deveoped using particular nations starting with Russia, Nigeria, Japan, Mexico, and the Philippines. Western Civilization includes Brazil, for which I lack details except that it was a Portuguese colony. Among Anglic peoples, the United States was its early colonial period. Asiatic peoples can be considered. Bangladesh was part of the Mughal empire. Among South Asian peoples, in India, the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb persecuted Hindus. The English and French were building fortified cities on the coast. Pakistan was part of the Mughal empire. Oriental peoples including China, and the growth of the Qing dynasty can be considered. Among Southeast Asian peoples, I have no details on Indonesia except that it was ruled by the Dutch. American Indian peoples include the United States and Brazil.

This is weakly connected to history through classical and medieval times. Within modern history, it is preceded by the 16th century. Within the 17th century, it is preceded by the mid 17th century.

It is followed by the late 17th century. It is also followed by the 18th century and later periods. Connections to the future are obscure.
