Sociology including communities and social structure and change can be connected. Peoples of the world including nations and major divisions of Western Civilization, Asiatic peoples, African peoples, and American Indian peoples can be connected.

Institutions including religion, government, economics, education, and families can be connected.

There are also connections to other areas of culture including behavioral culture, conceptual culture, and material culture. Connections to anthropology including social foundations, demograpy, physical anthropology, human ecology, human geography, and particular groups are not yet especially strong. This is better connected to personal studies, including the human body, psychology, and biography. Direct connections to science are weak and indirect.
